Pack Your Electronics
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
